經(jīng)我公司研發(fā),運(yùn)用“污泥無(wú)熱干化高壓破壁脫水裝備+空氣能節(jié)能型低溫烘干裝備”,經(jīng)壓濾破壁脫水低溫烘干使污泥成型顆粒含水率小于20%;污泥含水率小于20%以下低位熱值達(dá)到2200-3500Kcal/kg以上(由污泥有機(jī)質(zhì)高低決定),因此含水率小于20%以內(nèi)的污泥顆?梢赃M(jìn)入生物質(zhì)鍋爐燃燒,也可以摻混小于20%以內(nèi)污泥顆粒進(jìn)入循環(huán)流化床鍋爐燃燒。

Sludge drying system
Developed by our company, the use of "non-thermal drying of sludge high pressure wall breaking dewatering equipment + air energy saving low temperature drying equipment", the water content of sludge formed particles is less than 20% by pressing and filtering wall breaking dehydration low temperature drying equipment; The low calorific value of the sludge with water content less than 20% is more than 2200-3500Kcal/kg (determined by the level of sludge organic matter), so the sludge particles with water content less than 20% can enter the biomass boiler for combustion, and the sludge particles with water content less than 20% can also be mixed into the circulating fluidized bed boiler for combustion.
